Unhappy my cars possessed, 90 vert

what up, fam, mon. night came home from work in the 7, everythings cool, the next afternoon preparing for work, i go out and roll the windows down, ga heat and humidity is terrible, but uh, i go back in and get my work gear, come out and my headlights are up, the horn is going nuts like a car alarm, i get in, put the key in try to start, nothin, lights werent turned on, or anything, had to disconnect battery for it to shut up, this morning battery tested good, so im lost now.....oh yeah if i try and start it, it sounds like the starter cliks every few tries, so please help........i would appreciate it......

sounds like a dead battery and an aftermarket alarm system.

what makes you think the battery is good??? does the horn honk nice and loud, and the headlights are nice and bright??? If not, then your battery is probably dead, and your aftermarket alarm was set off by low voltage.

my stock alarm did that once. but im with mark, he is rarely wrong

That would happen to me before I had a garage. Mine had something to do with the rain. It would rain over a course of a few days and do what your saying. After it dried out it was ok. Now I have a garage and drive the Ford Probe when it rains, like tomorrow, when I evacuate from hurricane Frances. Hope my RX7 survives.

I'm outta here. RX7 is chocked so it doesnt float away and has two car covers with my bed comforters, couch cushions, and pillows between covers and tied in case crap starts flying around. I sure hate leavin it!!! Wish me luck. This sucks!

just to let ya'll know it was the battery, took it to advance auto parts, for a test, wasn't anything but women in there, not sayin women can't do the job but the test she ran to 20 seconds....i was skeptical of the results so took it to pep boys where i know a couple people and the battery is dead as a doorknob, so moral of the story, drive that extra ten miles, when u want it done right.....peace,....
