well the story goes i went to go move my car so my brother could get the car out of the garage. it started just fine, so i pulled it out and let him out then parked it again and went inside. i came out about 5 hrs later and tried to start my car and it wouldnt start at all. this pissed me off. so i had to drive the minivan to work. when i got off work i tried to start my car and it still wouldnt start. the next day i pulled the plugs and saw they were soaked in gas so i cleaned them off and did the unflooding thing. i finally got it to start but when it did it blew a ton of white smoke out then died. i started it again but it just kept dieing the only way i could keep it running is if i held above 2000 rpms. if i would try to let it idle it would die. i let it warm up but it still does this.

how do i fix this.
i really need my car for spring break.

Start, move car, shut off cold = chance to flood. It's a Mazda ECU bug. Warm it up before shutting off, if you can. By the way, some of that white cloud is GASOLINE.

 

but why wont it idle now

 

ok 2 things AI can think of from the top of my head one it could be ur 02 sensor
or it could be ur apec seals one thing u can do for ur apec seals is take the spark plugs out put in 1/2 bottle of atf in the roaters leav it over night 24 hours and start it up it will smoke for a while but it will get it working better if not ur enginis going and ur loosing compresion

 

i fixed it

i turned out that when i checked the intake one of the big hoses fell off and i didnt see it
