yea, curb weight, according to the door stickers is 2950. so if it was 2720, and hes about 200 lbs...thats almost 2500 lbs...thats not too bad at all. and thats w/ a full interior.

yea my suspension is all stock. the sway bar endlinks looked fine, not dry rotted or anything. but, my pillow mounts (thats where the strut mounts to the strut tower right?) are pretty much shot, my ball joints. the rod ends looked fine and were solid.

just one thing, is it good when the strut compresses by itself??? i unbolted it from the top, and it just drooped all the way down into the strut body...in like 15 seconds. do you think that would cause my understeer?

i will need to get tires if i keep it. my fronts are starting to get dry and crack around the rim near where it mounts... too much sidewall flex i think. they are 195/70/14s or something like that...
