93k km is about 50-60k miles i think. That is extreemly low for that year of car. 5200 canadian is about 3120 in us dollars using an exchange rate of .60. Sounds like a good deal. It has a 13b engine that puts out 145 hp at 6250 rpms. It would be a quick car, not extreemly fast. With basic upgrades (cold air intake, exhaust, racing downpipe) that can jump quite a bit.

You need to drive it for one, make sure the engine is strong and revs smoothly up to 7000 rpms. make sure it starts good when it is cold and warm.

stock hp is ~150 I believe on the 87 NA engine model.

Faster - well Stage I is usually exhaust & intake which adds another 15-20hp I believe. Stage II is usually A port job & retuned ECU (chip or aftermarket ECU) will add even more. Stage III may be an engine swap or bolt on turbo & ECU upgrade.

Lots of bodykits & accessories out there. Do a search for "bodykit" "ground effects" or "front lip" in the "2nd gen" and "2nd gen archive" and that should give you plenty of pictures & choices.

Of course before doing anything get a tuneup and make sure everything works like it should

Sounds like a lot of nice stuff. Baby blue interior?

is it fast?
0-60mph (96.5 km/hr) in 8.0 seconds

how many horsies??
146 SAE net hp @ 6500rpm
138 lb-ft SAE net torque @ 3500rpm
7000rpm redline

is it easy to make faster??
Yes, but it will cost you more than it would if you bought a turbocharged RX-7 instead. The non-turbo RX-7 is more of a purist sports car. If you want to go fast, get a turbocharged RX-7 for $1,000-2,000 more. If you just want a reallly nice, fun car, then the non-turbo model would be better in my opinion.

Also, what should i look for in it before i buy it?? any specaial stuff??
