i have to check the secondary injector pulse. i have checked the grounds on the car. they are now clean. is there anything else i need to look into. car runs fine under 3200. and on a side note whats the best way to remove the oil pan without pulling the engine

Yes, you are correct. It being a TII is good information to know for first post FYI.

I am not as well versed with TIIs but you are on the right track with checking the secondary injectors, that would be my next move.
