Put them both in before you pump gas. Running injector cleaner from time to time is good preventative maintenance. Theres no problem with using them both at the same time, just make sure your 2stroke is tcw3 or it will clog your injectors.

Injector cleaners is like vodoo magic. Pointless in my opinion. I have seen some legitimate data that Techron seems to help a little. Try a few tanks of Chevron gas and see if it helps. See you at the meet Thursday night.

Opinions are like........
You can and should use a quality injector cleaner several times a year to keep the injectors clean and to help reduce carbon buildup.
Premix doesn't change the situation. But, most quality 2-stroke oils already have solvents/detergents in them.
Always add while at the gas station prior to the fillup.

Here's my 20 year old injectors results from getting cleaned. Doesn't look like I needed injector cleaner to have them do good.
Preliminary Testing
30 Second Pulsed Flow Delivery (mL) : 54 54 53 55
100 mL Pulsed Volume : 99 99 98 100
10 Second Static Flow (mL) : 88 88 87 89
100 ML Static Flow : 99 99 98 100
After Cleaning (the number in parenthesis represent the change)
30 Second Pulsed Flow Delivery (mL) : 55(+1) 55(+1) 56(+3) 56(+1)
100 mL Pulsed Volume : 99(0) 99(0) 100(+2) 100(0)
10 Second Static Flow (mL) : 90(+2) 90(+2) 91(+4) 92(+3)
100 ML Static Flow : 98(-1) 98(-1) 99(+1) 100(0)
Approximate pounds-per-hour flow : 46.18 46.18 46.7 47.21
I'm not seeing much difference in before vs. after. I'm guessing I had pretty good injectors before cleaning... Does these numbers look good?
This was done by CruzinPerformance btw. I send them in Monday and they returned them the following Monday. I can't complain about that, especially since it's shipping from Tenn. to Montana.
