My car is idling low. anyone know why?

my turbo 2 is idling really low. around 600-700 on avrg.

it used to be around 1200. my cars battery died and was sitting in the garage for a couple months. does that have anything to do with it?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Is it stable at idle? If so, I think a quick adjustment is adequate.
