The mirrors are R-Magic from japan. You cant see **** out of them, but they look cool, and thats what matters I guess. If I ever get dissatisfied with them, I have the stockers I can put back on, which didnt look bad to begin with.

The rims are 18x8 konig imagines in opal finish. THis finish, from a distance, is hard to figure out, and looks like a mix of silver, chrome, polished aluminum, and gunmetal, all in one. It is really impressive in person, and sets them apart from regular silver rims you might find on your average honda. The polished lip helps a lot too.

And to the naysayers who think 18s are too heavy, these, with the tires, are a total of 8lb each heavier than stock (lightweight) vert rims and tires. So, that 42lb per corner weight puts them right inline with stock t2 16" rim and tire weight. THe car rides like a dream, no loss in quality, but an improvement in handling.

Comments welcome. FOr those of you who may be wondering, the car features a stock s5 t2 front lip and side skirts, a mistu 3kGT wing, RB full exhaust, basic NA engine mods, and a 1.25" drop which rides like stock.

see, why can't all very owners have a little taste with their cars? my only gripe is the wing, and honestly it's not that bad.
-no cut springs
-no gaping holes in the bumper
-no home made lights
-no chicken wire
-no behemoth fart cannon

one comment though. i'd put spacers on to fill the arches. and what wheels are on that grey fc in the backround?

 

Actually I did that last night 1/4" spaced them out perfectly, no rubbing, but they look like 8.5s now. I didnt want to have to do that, the seller assured me these were the offset I wanted, but alas, they were a bit higher when they arrived.

Dunno, that's drakk0r's car, just got a t2 conversion. Theyre plain old 4 lug 16" 5 spokes. Pretty nice rims, standard silver painted looks like to me.

 

u need to do a turbo swap into that vert.

btw which racing beat muffler are those? the old RSR black ones with chrome tips? or the new Racing beat polished mufflers they started offering recently?

 

That and playing with the gear ratios are next on the list, the only things really left other than a nice set of stock floormats. I have to have time away from doing everyone else's work first, however

Yes the older black ones with chrome tips. The newer ones that are polished look a bit better, but the tips are rounded off more on the end. I recently had a partscar with the newer polished catback on it, and had the opportunity to switch, but didnt.
