My back wipers and fluid stopped working.

Hi guys. Well i took the cap off the wiper and unscrewed the bolt to take my wipers off. I primed and painted it. It looks amazing, but unfortunately they stopped working after i put them back on. Now i can't take them off either. They are like stuck. When i press the back wiper button/fluid button(is it the one in the middle? below emergency flashers and on top of the front wipers?) nothing happens. Did i jam it somehow? I never touched a wire or plug. They worked fine before i took them off.

Not directly related to the relays. There is only one relay for the rear wipers and it shouldn't have taken out the spray pump.

Oh. All my speeds on the front wipers work fine. It's just the rear wipers and rear wiper fluids that aren't working. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks
