Is my 91' a GXL?

lol i have no idea if this is a GXL or a GTU or what but people keep asking me and it doesnt say anywhere on my car, manual or pinkslip.......like to know what it is plz

91's wernt classified by badges... they were, turbo2, coupe, and convertible.... so you have a coupe! the whole gxl-gtu thing stopped in 1990

basically a base model with 5 lug. yours may have other options though.

GXL came with AC and PS. along with AAS. non turbo, sunroof, rear wiper (I believe), 5 lug, power windows and security.

GXL's were only 86-88, IIRC.

In 91 they had option packages, there's two IIRC, A and B. A was the top end one with AC and 4 pot brakes among other options.

no, the GXL model was made from 86-90.

as mentioned above, in 91, Mazda stopped calling models GXL, GTU, SE etc. Instead the called all non turbo models the Coupe.

There also was no Turbo II in 91. Instead it was just called the Turbo.
