My 90 RX7 will not turn over/start. The starter itself is fine.
Cash for clunkers means the car has to be junked. The dealer cannot fix it and sell it again.
I fear that a lot of older 7's may be headed for the crusher based on this new program.

FIXED!
Here is what I understand. There is potentially a break in the command wire from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid. The break is before the air control valve. (part of cold start feature?) So basically, when I installed the new wire, I just bypassed the break. Once it's connected to the other side of the broken wire, it will send signal to the BAC and everything will be back to normal.
