My 89GTUs is back

Well went down to:

http://hypntyz.rx7life.com
this weekend and picked up my baby (89GTUs) and dropped off the beast(87GXL). Kevin once again did a killer job and I jumped in and drove it 5.5 hours home without one single problem. My I love the GTUs is handles so good and rides so damn nice. I need paint though. Ill put some pics as soon as I can afford paint. Just wanted to share the joy.
Thanx Kevin.... now lets build something else.... maybe a TII or a NA with NOS or maybe a 1st gen with a 13b or maybe that race car...... Damn i need more cars...
Damn I need more money.

If I wanted to add an "s" to to my 89 GTU, do I just need to shave some pounds and add a 4.30 diff?

What other tougher or better parts did the GTUs have?

Better brakes, nothing power (like windows) except for power mirrors, aluminum hood, 5th gear higher, rear end diff 4.3 and LSD instead of 4.1 or 3.91 and open, quicker valving on the steering rack and a 17.2 steering ratio (instead of the 15.2 found on almost everything else).

Did you tell them of your sponsorship with Krylon spraypaint yet?

What about the bottle of nawz that's so well hidden that it isnt even there?

Lol...the bitch did run pretty good though. I took a guy for a ride in your GXL around the neighorhood, to show him what a SP and full exhaust would do, and he about **** when i kicked it about 3 foot sideways on teh 1-2 shift

Damnit dont tell em about the NAWZ man. I do miss the Street port. And my exhaust. She is nice. I may as well mention that that setup is for sale. Talk to kevin for details all I will mention is that motor is tight and fast. I love it. **** kevin if you push it you can get sideways in 3rd. Damn i do miss crushing ppl in the passing lane. Down shift to 3rd, push gas, remove head from back of seat. Thats about the sequence of events. If anyone wants a good street port setup with a kick *** exhaust for an NA talk to Kevin. As of this moment it is for sale. Kevin you worked on it you pick the price. Mods in sig.

The T2 manual rack was 20.3, but the power rack was the same as the NA cars at 15.2
