When I rev the engine or accelerate from a stop, the car sputters before revving or moving. I changed the fuel filter and plugs, but the car is still down on power. I have set my tps with a multimeter, but not sure if I did it right. The meter didnt have a 1K ohm reading. The car also surges while im cruising in any gear from 2 to 4. Is this a TPS issue? Also, unplugged the TPS and the engine wont rev at all, if that even proves anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks yall.

I am not too sure about rx7's but I had the same problem with my rex. I would release the clutch and step on the gas and it sputtered real bad to the point I thought It would turn off. If that is your problem then I think it might be your intercooling or radiator. if you have the radiator flush it if that is not it. I am sorry I am not too sure then.
if the motor doesnt rev when TPS is disconnected then its ok, its when it still revs when unplugged is when you should worry(or is it? i forgot)
best bet it fc3s.org as mentioned and use the FSM
