FC's have a tendancy to not want to engage the starter motor alot (click, click, vrooommm) i dunno what causes this, but i just get around it by turning the key alot. about the turning off after about a minute, we need more info (idles wierd?, what revs is it idling at?, is the gas old?, what condition was it in when you bought it? was it sitting or was someone driving it? etc.)

So it starts, idles up to 1500RPM (which is what is supposed to happen) then dies?
Complete tuneup. Then check for vacuum leaks, and test the BAC valve as well as the AWS solenoid. Search for instructions.
