Angry my 7 must have bad luck

so i first bought my rx7 knowing that the battery had to be replaced and the brake master cylinder needed to be replaced. i go get a new battery and when i attach the cables to the posts my main fuse blows and the battery died. turns out the owner before me put the battery terminals on backwards, so the positive was black and the negative was red. i took the battery back up to autozone, got a new one and a new fuse. crank it up it sounds awesome, a lot of smoke and grim blowin out my exhuast so i go get a new fuel filter and oil filter and top it off with new oil. started it again and this time it was perfect, no smoke, no hesitation, idles great. i replaced the old brake master cylinder with my new one. hooked everythin up correctly and filled it with fluid. when i depressed the brake pedal it felt right but when i roll they dont stop. also i was installing an aftermarket head unit which im having trouble wiring cause i cant find a decent wiring diagram and over night i drained my battery cause it was wired wrong. woke up and got it jumped but it wouldnt turn over, it cranked for a while and then i saw gasoline spraying from under the hood. my fuel line tore a whole. i fix that and then when i try and start it again now the starter wont turn over and my battery wont hold charge. so i need a new battery and would like to hear some ideas about the brakes and what kind of battery should i get. mines is 675 cold crank amps but its small. also if anyone could tell me what wires are what for the radio so i can fix mine.

Take the battery back to Autozone and have them charge it. The charge takes an hour most likely the battery just doesn't have enough charge to start it. If it doesn't upgrade to the Duralast Gold, tell them you want to upgrade they will warrenty the Duralast battery you have and take that price off the gold. I have a Gold in mine works perfect, but the valucrap worked fine too so a duralast is sufficient.

Clean up the wires to the starter, make sure their all fine. Otherwise pull the starter and take it with you when they charge the battery and have em test it as well.

As for the brakes, make sure you have bled them correctly and in the correct order. The FSM has the order. I actually just had the same problem and it turned out to be the sensor underneath the master cylinder(brake pressure switch I think it was called, or at least what Mazda called it). The sensor had broken and the rubber boot was filling with fluid and leaking. It seemed to break after changing out the master. Hope you don't have to change it though it was about 100$ and I bought the last one in the US (accourding to the guy at Mazda) lol.

The stereo not too sure the FSM says what wires are what. Do you have the relay for the antenna? Picture of your harness? Wired in or both the harness in car and the stereo harness. Easier to say which your putting on wrong with a view lol

~edit~ i definitely tabbed the P's in...... lol oh well added a space instead... oh and is ur name a Dr. Who reference? lol

What are the wire colors for adding aftermarket radio
LTBlue/Red= 12v+
LtBlue/White= +Accessory
LtBlue/Yellow= -power ant trigger
Red/Black=+ Lumination
White=Factory Amp Turn on

Ground to the body, use the 10mm bolt behind the center console front drivers access panel. Do not use the Red/Black as ground it will damage the interior light circuit and dimmer in the car

Front Speakers (maximum of a 15 watt peak from the radio):
LtGreen/Red= Left
LtGreen/Black= Left

LtGreen= Right
LtGreen/Yellow=Right

Rear Speakers (if applicable, if you have the amplified rear speakers again the Maximum of 15 watts peak is all the stock speaker amp input can handle):
Brown= Left rear
Brown/White= Left Rear

LtBlue= Right Rear
LtBlue/Orange=Right Rear

Thi is directly from the FAQ.

Schematic for the antenna is in the FAQ as well.
