3k engine rev on start up

TX 3k engine rev on start up

when i start my 88 fcs3 it revs to 3k then goes down to 1,500rpms till the engine warms up then it goes to normal idle, what could make it do this?

Maybe your homeboyz have the mad tyte throttle body mod, yo.
