my 10th ae stuttering from 3500 to 4500

i have a 10th anny.. and everytime i get on it.. it stutters at about 3500 to 40 and.. before it was worse.. but i changed the pluges and it got a lil better.. the guy i bought it from told me it was due to the fact that it has a turbo back exhaust and the stock intake.. any idea on what could be causing this..

Its a hesitation that occurs when the secondaries come online. Possible grounding problem, possible injector problem...

Search for 3800 RPM hesitation. There's TONS of stuff already posted about this.
