UT Mutated GTU?

Ok, I got a few questions for some of you out there. I have a 1990 GTU with the N/A engine. Everything in the car looks bone stock, except for the radio and stuff like that, under the hood no visible modifications. I had it dynoed about 8 months ago and it dynoed at 251hp, I have taken it to Rocky Mountain Raceway and with perfect shifts i ran the 1/4mile in 13.1 I have been trying to figure this out, someone told me maybe my ECU got reflashed and a possible port and new injectors. I havent really torn into it to much because it works great and i want it to stay that way. But does anyone know why my car would push that much horsepower? any suggestions?

It's turbocharged, or a three rotor.

Or bridgeported, which should be obvious from the idle.

No way a NA 13B will ever hit 250 RWHP without at least a healthy full bridgeport.

An LS1 under the hood is not "bone stock".

Interesting. It has to be some kind of ridiculous port, but you'd be able to tell if it was...

lol.

I'm banking on the fact that this guy is smart enough to know for sure it's not a 20b or boosted. That fact remains to be proven.

Please do that, there has got to be a reason for those kinda numbers, and no one will think other wise until proof is given one way or the other.

im in taylor, in between west haven and hooper. I have looked for the dyno paper or the timeslip from rocky mountain race way but i cant the papers since its been over 8 months sence it was done. some people told me that maybe the dyno was off, so im starting to believe that.
