Question muffler choice

i need to buy mufflers (left and right),but i would like to buy some that i can bolt onto the factory exhaust.i looked on racing beat and hks,and the racing beats are 220 each! i know you get what you pay for,and i have searched for a direct answer in the archives and cant find one, is there a company that makes decent replacement mufflers, that i can bolt on,that are cheaper?i know you get what you pay for,but there has to be something cheaper than 220. 1986 n/a 13 b by the way

Pretty sure they're cheaper, but I've never heard ANY comments on them - check out Dynomax...

http://www.dynomax.com/mufflers.stm

No prices at the site - you'll have to call around...

Do you care about sound? There are alot of cheaper options out there but you have to decide what your standards/needs/wants are.

im not really concerned about sound, i have an exhaust leak between my downpipe/silincer,and a hole in the passenger side muffler. i have to pass emissions in april.i just need a clean leak free exhaust thats relatively emissions friendly.

I think most catbacks wont really have an effect on emissions.

Brullen Exhuast makes superior ss systems for FC's. I'm abit surprised I'm the only one running this setup, as far as I know. www.brullenexhaust.com

It's worth the view.

Guess whos FC Is featured In the gallery?
