Can I put those on a 1991 NA? Or would that be too much?

Yes but they would probably sound like crap and his auction doesn't specify any features of that muffler. That pop in/out silencer isn't really going to help you either way.
I'd personally stick with the ones on rx7.com and rx7store.com as they're designed to look & sound good.
They do have the "HUGE @$$ CAN" & small & sleek mufflers for both types of tastes.
