Thumbs up MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA Progress!

to get an idea of what i have been through on this car ill give you before an after photos of each ordeal...The car was bought without an interior, most of the EFI parts missing, cut throttle cable, no ic, bad radiator, etc etc etc. Was a former failed Carb conversion that never ran. but does have a supposed rebuild.

Interior

BEFORE: -no carpet, seats, working window regs, seat belts, bins or anything at all...

AFTER: all 100% complete

Engine:

BEFORE: this isnt the worse pic. originally, there was no alt, bad waterpump, most of the electronics where missing. no fan....

AFTER: complete! just need to connect one fuel line underneath the car.

Thumbs up

I've kinda been watching this project from the other side of the state, and must agree that he's done a helluva job!!!

But to me, the coolest thing is how he committed to performing the same magic on my 88 GTU for $250 and a case of Rolling Rock!!!

BTW, thanx for NOT making all the hoses and vac lines yellow!!!

Oh yeah, I think I need the fan back from my van... Didn't notice you guys took it until the weekend after you guys were over here.

once this car is done, my next project consists of a s5 GTU chassis, a s5 n/a block, a little 1/2 bridging and maybe a t66 turbocharger....

this car is technically my daily driver so i cant go too crazy with it.

theres not much to an electric fan that wont come in the box with it. buy a fan. make a shroud. wire it up.
