I know for a fact Lordco carries them, as does Canadian Tire (I saw you're from Toronto). Just ask for Transmission Cooler Mounting Ties, (Normally for mounting an automatic transmission cooler to the radiator. They'll know what you're looking for.

I think Flex-a-lite makes a set too....
