motor swapping woes...

I swapped my streetported block with a stock 10th ae block. I transferred ALL my peripherals from the ported motor (injectors, intake, turbo, etc) to the stock motor. Initial startup is rough, real rough. Starts after about 10 seconds of cranking and throttle manipulation, then eventually stops starting all together. I lean it out (haltech is set to run the ported motor with large injectors). I get it to idle at 18:1 afr, so i just start giving it more fuel, it smooths out a little and all seems well. I shut it off for whatever reason, and try to start it again. I get initial combustion, but after the first few sparks, it floods. I pull the plugs, clean them, and try again. Initial spark, then flood. I pull the plugs, clean them, and try again. This continues about 8 times, progressively leaning it out. My initial thought was to just swap the big injectors for the stock TII injectors, but the damn groove on the injecor clip is centered and doesnt match the stock TII injectors. Before I go cutting up pefectly good wiring harnesses, is there anything else I'm missing? Car ran great before i lost compression on the rear rotor. The only thing different from before is the "short block". If i left out any crucial information, I can fill in the blanks. But after pulling the plugs 8 times i got a little frustrated and just called it quits for the night. Madness continues tomorrow.
