motor running weird need suggestions??

so it sounds like it running on one rotor... but while driving it has no power(like blown) but every now and then it will come back to life and take off??

what i have done so far
1. new plugs
2. check fuel pump
3. checked spark
4. checked all ic pipes and clamps
all good

things it might be.
tps,afm, injectors

injectors are pretty new like less than 3k on primaries and secondaries are brand new as of rebuilt engine so like 1.5k on them

loose fuel injector connector, bad fuel injector spray pattern, bad fuel injector, bad TPS, fouling plug, bad plug wire, weak coil, low fuel pressure.

Not saying all of those apply to you since you have replaced some parts, but those are the general areas to look at.

This happened to me when one of my 10.5 plugs fouled at idle.
