Most Critical Connections
I am able to get weatherpack connectors for pretty cheap and am wanting to replace all of the connectors on the most crticial or common to fail systems. The problem is I must buy each piece in a small bulk quantity so I can't replace them all.
I was going to start with the CAS, the one on my car is cracked and will likely become a problem fairly soon. I was going to focus mainly on the ignition and engine management, more in particular the CAS, TPS, Sensors, and anything that already looks like it needs to be replaced.
I just wanted to get some input on what other critical areas I should focus on and if there are certain connectors that always seem to fail.
Also some of my wiring is becomming brittle so I'll be rewiring some of it where I can with Teflon insulated wire. We used it at a communications company I used to work for and when you can hold a mapp gas torch to it for 15 seconds and it doesn't melt then I'm sure it can handle the heat of a rotary.
Thanks for any input.

Connectors
Well for one keeping one or two spares for whatever brakes next doesn't work, I have to buy the housings 12 pieces at a time with a $30 minimum order through my distributor. Since there is about 15 different types of connectors I highly doubt I could have the one I needed "on hand" not until I get my store up and running which won't be for a while.
Second is I'm doing this to prevent having an electrical problem at a time I can't fix it.
