more problems.. water pump

so my water pumps got a bad bearing right?

today im driving home locally, and i see my alternator has dropped to 12v.. i assumed that meant that my water pump seized..

when i pulled over, my water pump was spraying water out the seals..
god damn.. car didnt overheat though, but i have no idea how much damage i have to clean up now! can anyone offer advice on what to look for/ shroud removal/water pump install tips?

it's not that hard to install my water pump. I took out the shroud and fan. Then u have to take out one of the pulleys since it's on the way.
After that take out the old one and put the new one in with the gasket. The haynes manual does tell u to put the bolts in a certain order tho.

Just a couple more bolts (or nuts) to get the housing off, assuming you got everything else out of the way first...

I have used RTV for all water seals for years with never a problem.

Note- the directions say to let it set some before assembly.
