More Power!

i just finished cleaning up my 87 n/a and im looking for ways to get more power. i'd like to avoid turbo/super charger at this point, since im likely buying a gen2 turbo in june?? i've only done the exhaust - borla cat back. any suggestions??

I have 2 suggestions.

1) Dont do anything more to the car and save up for the TII because I am sure you will have your hands full with re-wiring, tune ups, and alot of other basic needs where the money will add to an extra grand very very quickly.

or

2) Do performance mods that you can take off your NA and simply put them on your TII when you get them. A good one that you could switch over is an MSD A6(Mid hundred dollar range). Aditional Battery grounds(helped me out tons and pretty cheap). K&N Cone kit(Got mine for www.rx7.com. And the FAQ/Archives in these forums.
