More identification plz.. sorry.

i need to know a few things so i can finish putting my car back together... i got pictures again too.

#1. whats the name of this sensor? what does it do? and does the plug to it have to go on a certain way or can it go on either way?

#2. whats the name of this sensor? what does it do? and does the plug to it have to go on a certain way or can it go on either way?

#3. this plug runs to some sort of sensor on the back of the UIM. there are 2 plugs that look exactly the same next to #2 (including itself), they could both plug into it... how do i know wich one does, and where does the other go?

#4. this metal line runs to the top of the turbo and connects with 2 bolts via a flange thing from the line. it runs next to the crankcase vent thing, i think. what is this and can i cap it?

#5. what originally goes here on the TB. if you say brake booster.. then what originally goes on the biggest nipple on the back of the UIM cause thats where i put my brake booster vacuum line.

#6. what originally goes here also? its above the BOV pipe coming off of the pipe immediately going out of the turbo (its kinda hard to see in the pic).

thats all for pictures.. but another thing is. when you remove the bac valve, you can blockoff the coolant line running from the water pump to the top of the engine right? is this adviseable or no? and if so will some big vacuum type plugs with screw clamps hold on good enough that coolant wont come out?

sorry for all the questions. thanks guys.

number 1 and 2 dont matter i belive number 2 is just 1 wire anyways. as for number 3 it should connect to a little air controler that goes to the intercooler, its just part of smog. if your not gonna have to smog your car anymore i have a nice j-spec intercooler which has no bent fins and is in good condition.

Intake air temp sensor. It doesn't matter which way the plug goes.

That's the plug for the knock sensor. It's only got one wire, so it only goes one way.

That's the plug for the air supply valve (ASV), which increases idle speed when the power steering is used. Match the wire colours to find the right plug.

That's the coolant return line for the TB to the BAC valve. Since you have no thermowax, you can just leave it as it is.Your brake booster is connected correctly.

BAC valve air inlet.

Personally I'd connect them with a hose.

It is not emissions controls, and the same thing is on J-spec engines.

There should be a line from the ASV to the intercooler. It also supplies extra air for the hot-start assist system.

I thought all Turbo's had power steering?
