Make sure you change your timing belt while you're in there.. If it slips, the valves could hit the pistons!!

You always have to get a valve job when changing the cam on an Rx-7 or the pistons will fly out. =)

A cam shaft was listed as a part for an rx7 in the computer....

If you go with a lumpy cam you will probably need a new clutch belt. Using a new cam and clutch belt will allow you to optimize your tuning for the full-race muffler bearings!

With your new DOHC pushrod converted 10a you'll need to recalibrate your tripple-bypass rotary flangometer.

dont forget to keep your blinker fluid full. you'll lose major horses if you dont and your water pump will spit flames

if you have the newer motor with the variable camshafts id say leave them stock. if you have an older sohc non variable camshaft id say get some crower cams, and aem cam gears. follow that up with bigger injectors to compensate for the lumpy driving and your good to go

happy rotoring!
