So you are saying everyone needs an exhuast system that is 100% to hp potential and is dyno test made and is properly exited for weight regardless of the price?

I'm all about power, personally. But what makes sence? A couple more horse for a few hundred dollars? $289 is a heck of a deal for a full 3", stainless, polished, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust system. I'm all about getting the CS one.

I got this exhaust because I needed a single side. My driveway sucks ***. I live on the top of a mountain and I have a 2 mile GRAVEL driveway. A single side makes it VERY easy to manuver around big *** rocks ect...

Who cares which side the exhaust comes out from, it's inexpensive and it works. The only problem was how it was shipped (IE just bubble wrap). I really don't see how the weight will change the balance of the car that much. This exhaust is light, much lighter than my old Power Extreme, and I'm guessing it's putting maybe 10-20lbs on that one corner at the most.

There are alot of other cars that have their exhaust on the driver side like the 240 sx's. IF you guys are so worried put your jack in the passenger side bin.

NODE- each demo on the mp3 was with headers and a presilencer, the first should be with a t2 catback 2nd the Power extreme, and 3rd the CS.

oh, nice
My friend likes the 1st (turbo catback) because it sounds like his YZ250 dirtbike

The 2nd sounds like a crotchrocket.

And both the power extreme and corksport are really nice sounding
Sounds good w/ presilencer and headers.
What kind of pre-silencer and headers do you have on it?

yeah the corksport sounds pretty bad *** on my car. i have the high flo cat though so it has a much deeper sound to it. i like the chick in the background of the video who said, "wasnt that supposd to make it quieter?" its the same thing my mom said when she heard me coming from 2 miles away.

The silencer should be available Real Soon Now. (That's what CS said when asked)

When I ordered my catback I asked and was told 'soon' and a price around 20 bucks.

FYI I had to remove the mpeg vid but the mp3 is still up on my site.

exhaust test mp3 is the comparison between catbacks..

the first part is a stock tII catback with headers and pre silencer, the second part is with a greddy power extreme, and the last part has the corksport

also there is a small wmv file called fc loud that is with the corksport

enjoy

I have a corksport on my t2/vert and I think it sucks. Yes it is loud as hell. But the end tip will turn brown your second day and will not shine up at all. The can will stay polished to a mirror but the tip will look like ****. If I was going to do it again I would build my own three inch pipe to a CF can for a hell of a lot cheaper that 300 for the CS. Also if you want to run a full 3inch system you have to cut a foot of pipe because it gets crimpped down to 2.5
And as for weight reduction putting a 3inch down pipe, mid pipe and a modified CS catback is a huge difference, at least 20lbs in the midpipe alone, might be 35 for whole system.
