Its not as hard as people make it out to be. I don't know what to compare it to, its the hardest thing i have done so far, but probably a 7.

The rear end swap is the hardest part of the conversion.

Cool.....My actual biggest concern is the driveline swap, as I have pulled engines, but never the drivetrain....ANy comments on the the tranny back?
the rear end isnt hard if you ahve a breakerbar, just takes a while to loosen everything.

You're right, it's not very hard at all. The differential swap wasn't even very difficult. I think the hardest thing was getting the half-shafts out! It's pretty simple.
