MOP is the only limp mode trigger?

Hey all, I was just searching all but one of the threads were on MOPs putting the ecu into limp mode so i wanted to see if there is a list of stuff that will put the car into limp mode.

As far as I know the OMP is the only thing on s5's that will trigger limp mode. On s4's a bad waterthermosensor will sometimes cause a feeling like limp mode from what I have heard.

Will not rev at all to redline
Makes little or no power above idle RPM's
Obviously, the engine is not going to run at all without the AFM and CAS, since these are two primary engine sensors for the ECU - one dictates load, the other engine position and speed.
