momo racing seats

do you think that $250 is a steal for a pair of never installed, perfect condition, red and yellow momo non-reclinables w/o brackets? how easy are they to install in an 87 gxl? is there a way that I can safely use my stock sliders to mount them? If not, is there anyone that has a set of brackets for these seats that I could buy pretty cheaply? A friend of mine wants to sell them to me next week if I can come up with the ca$h. should I try to talk him down to 200, or would that be goin too far?

P.S. he's not that close a friend that I wouldn't mind rippin him off a little
