Well, since I really have nowhere to leave the car, what am I do to? I can't leave a non running car w/o a hood, tail lights (I have been waiting for someone to ask for em), rims (will go on my new car), etc sittin in my friend's driveway.

No clue. Ran fine last Monday on my way to work, but it was dead as soon as I started it up to go home. It ran like ****.

Damn man, i myself have a blown engine, but still homes... NO REASON to sell the ride. Blocks can be found for pretty cheap, probably way easier and cheaper to just replace your block than to sell your car can get another one and try to start over. If you put a good block in there, you KNOW its good, you sell and start over, you might be walking within a few weeks again. I say keep it, slap a new block, save for that S5 TII.

 

Sorry guys, but ya'll ain't listining. It has $2000 in body damage. So I spend $4k for the car, then I spend $1400 for a rebuilt engine, then $2k for the body damage. Not so much. IF the car itself was in better shape, yes, a new engine. But the car is not perfect. Yes Sonic, I am gonna throw the ATF in it first.
