Port wastegate & FCD should be fine. Unless you want to go with higher boost levels then this setup will work great.

If you're going to be putting more air into the engine, then you're going to need more fuel. So yes. I didn't really know why I needed these things but now when I think about what a turbo is and actually does and what fuel cut is and does it makes a lot of sense.

Personally, I'm going to get some 720 secondaries, and rtek 1.7 for now and then probably go for a BNR stage 3 and maybe 720 primaries after that.
But yeah, if you don't plan to go much higher boost levels than 8psi, you should be fine with an FCD and a ported wastegate.

If you don't plan on running more boost, or expect to boost creep over stock-ish levels, you don't need more fuel.

As mentioned, porting the wastegate is the most important thing to do. An aftermarket boost gauge will let you know things are as they should be. If you're staying under 8.6psi, an FCD ( or something w/ that ability: Rtek) isn't really a necessity. If you creep however, you will hit fuel cut.
