Modifying the aux port sleeves?

Is there any sort of porting that can be done to the aux port sleeves on a 6 port? Say to make them open up before 3800 (maybe closer to 33-35?) or to help them breathe more as they’re opening up?

you can experiment with the opening time too, i've heard later is better

Pineapple Racing sold the auxiliary port sleeves. Pretty good product if I remember correctly.
