Don't see any fuel mods... new pump (walbro or FD) and some upgraded injectors maybe?

I didnt notice intake or tid replacement. First I would get a 3 inch tid and nice cone filter(of course youll need a bov also). Do the tb mod and emmisions removal if possible. Poly urethane engine and tranny mounts next. Then I would get the pump and 720 injectors. After that I would have said since you did the clutch you should have done a lightweight flywheel at the same time ..Oh well if you want ot pull yoru clutch again do it if not then get a boost controller. After that msd ignition box and better wires. From there its up to the big mods like fmic, turbo, stand alone, porting/rebuild.

it's got a FD flywheel, so it's a little bit lighter....

no fuel mods yet, i'm not sure when i need to do those, i was told right away, so i got a walbro 255lph pump on the way, then i'll put the boost controller in and wana run 12psi, a little more kick for the track.... i was told not to get an intake yet because it'll run too much boost for now....

what is the TID mod, i have no clue....

fuel pump, TID (turbo in-let duct, basically the intake replacement), injectors, larger turbo (hybrid or similar), generally in that order.

I would sell your A/F gauge to a ricer and buy a intake.. Unless it's a wideband on our cars, its pretty much worthless, unless you can run a narrowband output to it from a wideband.

"A haltek e6x"

I do not recomend buying the e6x model. It has proven in its short existance to be around 70% no good from the factory and a 100% pain in the *** all together. I would buy a used e6K in a heart beat before buying another e6x.

does it sound ok to get fuel-pump then cone filter?...

or should i just get a cone filter on my car now to free up some restricted air, i'm looking for power but refuse to risk the health of my engine....

fuel pump is always a first, with the shitty wireing the fuel pump gets a fraction of the power it should, also it would always be wise to rewire your fuel pump, look to the write up by dale, dont know the address, i thought 1300cc.com had a write up but i dont see it on there. 1300cc.com has a write up for the tid mod, but please, for the love of your car do not do it unless you upgrade the fuel pump, walbro 255 or a FD fuel pump are favorites. also, you'll need to upgrade your injectors, seeing as the stock 550's cant handle much. the primary is fine, so you'll only need to replace the two secondarys and have a way to controll them (through your fcon if i remember enough about hks stuff) 720cc's are about right, also check the impedance, seeing as 89-91 are high impedance and 86-88 are low impedance, if you dont know what im talking about, ask and im sure someone can explain.
after that you can do the TID mod. since you drive a s5 you dont need to buy a air fuel meter adapter, just a filter that will fit yours. the write up on 1300cc.com is for a s5 like yours, so no worries. AND finnaly after that, you will be boosting more then you want too no doubt. or then you should, port your s5 waist gate, to help keep boost down to where you want it (with a boost controller you'll still be able to run as much as your turbo can push out, but that way you can keep it controllable) do a search for "waist gate creep" to learn more.
