Extreme Noise from Intake Manifold

I searched the hell out of this...
I just bought a 90' N/A with leaking injectors. It drove great, but it would flood everytime, so the first thing i do is replace the injectors and replace the oil metering lines with Scalliwag's stainless steel lines. (Which are great by the way, thanks Scalliwag) I also replace all the intake gaskets because they are all so old. Long story short, it flooded from sitting so long, so I did the oil in the chamber method, and started her up. Now the crazy part is the engine super loud now. Sounds mean as hell, but way too loud. It sounds like its coming from the manifolds side and when it idles low, it will surge, get louder and vibrate like crazy. I'm setting the TPS and working over the vaccums tonight but I dont believe thats going to help the noise. There is a very small chance that it may be the gaskets not sealing correctly, but I wanted to get some opinions from a little higher knowlege than myself before I tear back into it this weekend.

did you happen to pull off the EGR valve? (if your model has one)

second place i would check is the air pump hoses, sounds like you knocked off the supply hose from the air pump to the ACV.
