Minor oil weeping from front end plate to housing.
So i have a minor weep from that top corner by the oil filler, where the dowel pin is. Its not a huge deal because if i top the oil up nothing bad will happen. I'll just be killing the enviroment.
But I had this idea in my head. If i could put vacuum into the oil chamber. Say, enough to suck in brake clean and then silicone. It should techically work rite?. Except for the fact that I'll most likely block most of that passage and have silicone running around inside... Anybody do this to fix this sort of leak or is rebuild the only answer?
Thanks,
Jason

It sounds like the dowel pin on the left side of the engine that is b/t the rear rotor housing and the rear side housing. It's an oil passage. O'ring is bad/leaking. Your goose is cooked. You won't be able to stop that leak unless the o'ring is replaced imho.
