Milky, gas smell antifreeze in coolant resivor ?

So, my antifreeze res. has been smelling like exhaust fumes for awhile now; recently however I noticed it has been looking milky...
That is from oil getting into it right ?
I searched and all I kept finding was posts about antifreeze in the oil.
I know it is just from my seals and such, but I wanted to see if it you guys know if it is oil or some other substance making its way in there.

That sounds about right. Mix some antifreeze and oil in a little bucket and see if it looks similar. It sounds like you should just rebuild right now before it gets worse.

Yeah... I know I should rebuild it now and all; before it gets worse.
Though, I've got nowhere near as much as I need to do it.
Next semester I should be able to get a nice student loan so I can get it rebuilt. haha.

Pre-Law actually.
and I bought the car with the coolant seals going bad, but just recently it started getting milky.
I check my oil regularly and it is fine, no coolant is getting in the oil.
Just changed it around 500 miles ago whenever my car flooded crazy bad.
