Mildew smell in convertible cured?
Does anyone else have this? I think I got mine cured. I pumped clear silicone down inside the rubber seal on the rear window, then I took the hard piece out of the convertible top and pulled the front molding off the rear section. I sprayed a fine mist of 10% bleach between the headliner and the top. I pulled the plastic rivets out of the bottom rear portion of the headliner and did the same thing. The bleach immediately killed the funky smell, and it hasn't returned (3 weeks). If you try this and get silicone on the top, it's not a problem. Paint thinner takes it right off.
