Arrow Mid 10s fc with a 3rd gen set up

ok you guys sorry for the title just need help and thought that would grab some attetion. i have a 88 fc vert that i want to do a 3rd gen set up with the twin turbos on my 13b. i have the twin turbos. 1600cc boshe injectors and 720cc primarys(car is completly stock i just own them). i think i want to get a haltech system and all the other little things to do this set up. has anyone done this befor that could help me out and tell me if im going in the wrong direction and should just do a single turbo set up.

ps i dont want to make this a 10 sec car. im hoping to spend around 3 to 4 grand with around 400 hp. without suffering from gutted car.

options.

twin turbo set up from a third gen..

There have been numerous threads on it, look around. Do you already have a complete 13b-rew? If not, I don't know aobut getting this swap done for that price. I have that price in mine right now, and it's not done. Plus, I'm not even using all the FD stuff for a while. Good luck on it though.

Oh, single turbo is the way to go.
