mbc vs ebc

I have been told you can't control boost spike with a manual boost controller and you can stop boost spike all together with aa electronic boost controller, is this a bunch of bullshit or is this a vaild statement.

It's kind of true. I'm not sure what other EBC's are capable of, but I've got a basic Greddy Profec-B EBC and it has a "gain" feature that allows you to have a little bit of control over either spiking or 'bleeding'.

I would definitely spend the money on an EBC. An MBC is nice (because it's so cheap) but an EBC was one of the most useful mods I've done. They're also really easy to install.

it's all personal preference, i try not to rely on too much electronics as there is some margin of error with every setup.
