I think it is funny that a few post accuse Mazda of padding the stock HP numbers but yet believe anything an aftermarket maker will advertise..... Every seller tries to put their own product in the best possible light and frequently there is lots of fine print. All consumers need to be a little skeptical of any advertising.

That said I love my aftermarket exhaust. With all this talk of HP maybe I should take it to a dyno.....

I just talked to a front running E-Prod. team and they claim 250hp at the crank.

I'd like to know if this team is running a stand-alone or a carb? Any chance you could find out? And how much porting if any? I'm guessing they wouldn't give you a "how to" on making a copy of their setup, but a few specs wouldn't hurt.

Best of everything off a Kouki NA motor - better intake manifold, higher compression, better ECU - IT-S cars run stock ECU.&nbsp Rumors are that automatic ECU runs a slightly more aggressive ignition timing, which bumps up power on a manual trans FC...

As for all the little tips that slide under the rules, those are big-time secrets!&nbsp I wish I knew them!
