Anyone know who sells the MAZDA sticker for the factory air box?

Unless you are planning to restore your car to as-new, just buy another airbox cover who's sticker is still in great shape - they are cheap and plentiful on the forum or at scrap yards.

yep, hard if not impossible to find new. The factory didn't even put them on some of the later S5 models when they ran out.

Junk yard or the classifieds for the whole cover.

No, all S5 stock airboxes are not embossed with the "Mazda" logo. I believe all '91s are. From what Icemark said, maybe some later build date '90s came with a blank airbox with no "Mazda" decal because of a shortage of supply on the assembly line. But that would be different from the '91 style airbox that had the Mazdo logo embossed (i.e., molded into the plastic).

My old S5 (1990 with an 11/1/89 build date) definitely had the decal which looked exactly like the ones on the S4 airbox. In fact, I've never seen a '90 without the decal.
