Hello everyone. I have a s5 with a jdm T2 engine. SOMETIMES when i start the car it smokes like crazy smells like burnt oil. But when i drive the car for about 45 min the smoke vanishes, i check my compressor side of the turbo and no oil on it... the stock s5 turbo engine oil has around 50k miles on it, and yet the turbo has a little bit of shaft play... Does anyone have an Idea?
the car runs very good(no compression loss).
if my stock turbo is bad does anyone know if they make a rebuild kit??
Or is there an upgrade with out changing my maifold??
Il take that as a no... No body knows if there is a rebuid for an s5 turbocharger or an upgrade?

Ok guys so i pulled all the spark plugs out and i made some discoveries... The spark plugs on the number one rotor look ashie and the spark plugs from rotor number two looks like ****.... And smell like burned oil(THE DARKER ONE IS OFF ROTOR NUMBER 2 AND THE ASHED ONE IS OFF OF ROTOR NUMBER ONE) I moved the e shaft to see the condition of the apex seals they looked fine... I was wondering if this could be a oil metering pump issue? Any help would help thanks guys.

Those plugs look fine to me, but the picture is not tha great. There is little contrast between light and dark.
Does your fuel reak like oil? Oil could be bypassing the oil o-rings after the engine is shut down (normal for one that is a bit worn) and then burning off later. It could be due to a worn engine, or something as simple as one side of the engine running rich due to an injector issue.
