Manual rack longer then power?

I just installed a manual rack an now at full lock I have some wheel rub . Should I just tighten the tie rod end in more equaly on both sides will this prevent it?

You should get it aligned.
I would make sure that you are not gonna wear the tires out prematurely.Take the car to wheel shop and They will adjust it properly so you can feel safe.
Steering and Brakes are the most important control factors on a car.

Its much more complex than this. You may have slight camber varience on the left and right wheels, unless you can measure your alignment and adjust, turning the tie rods equally won't be a good idea.

They're the same length, you need an alignment.
