Manual to Power Steering conversion

Manual to Power Steering conversion
Currently my car is manual rack and I want to put on power steering. Please no comments about what is better or "why don't you just get a bigger steering wheel" or any nonsense like that. Keep it on point.
I have a pump, rack, and lines.
My car does not have a PS computer, it does not have the wires/connectors in the harness, and it does not have the clock spring in the steering wheel. I've read that it should have the PS stuff in place because Mazda would not bother to take it out... that is simply just not true in my case.
Just wondering if there is someway I can install P/S without having to try and wire up all the other nonsense for the computer?
Please advise,
Thanks.

Seems to be adjustable at the power steering pump without all the electronics to adjust steering effort on the fly.
