Manifold Torque Specs & Order They need to be tightened

I will be putting on a ported and polished manifold when i get it in the mail on Monday or Tuesday. I wanted to install by next week. Does anyone know the torque for the bolts I need to fasted the manifold? Also, is there an order in which the bolts need to be tightened to prevent warping and what not? I know that a cylinder head on a piston V8 has a specific pattern to tighten b/c they'll get all outa whack if you don't tighten them right. Thanks

1. Get a Haynes manual

or

2. Download factory service manual from http://www.fc3s.org
