Hi, My car will just shut off sometimes, I am confident that it is something in the AFM since all I have to do is slap the filter box until I hear the spring rattle and it will usually start right up. If i unplug it it will run rough, but start up anyhow, and when it is malfunctioning it cuts off injector pulse and spark so my engine just dies.. I took it off and heard something small rattling around in there, I was gonna open it up but I see that it has been sealed probably for a good reason..
My question is is this going to short out my new computer? It seems to be getting more fickle...anyone with a working s4 AFM to get rid of can pm me, and any ideas on how to maybe fix this would be nice..thanks!

 

look in the 4sale section. it shouldnt fry anything.
